What do you need to qualify for this role?
- Monitor team productivity and efficiency, ensuring optimal capacity.
- Achieve and maintain contractual service agreements (SLA) with customers.
- Design and implement operational processes that maintain high service quality and efficiency.
- Participate in a rotating escalation team to address urgent service issues.
- Ensure your team has the necessary resources (tools, equipment, training, and vehicles) to perform optimally.
- Maintain safety by adhering to legal regulations and conducting workplace inspections.
Functie-eisen
- A completed technical higher professional education or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing service engineers.
- Ability to empathize and connect with others while focusing on achieving effective results.
- Strong motivation to improve and develop, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- An enterprising, proactive, and creative mindset.
- A customer and service-oriented approach, willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- A valid driver’s license (B).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross monthly pay around €5,600
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- 5% ADV allowance
- A net amount of €750 for setting up your home office (If any)
- A 13th monthly payment, periodically pro rata
- Reimbursement of travel expenses
- Relocation allowance of €3000 (If any)
