We are looking for a Web Analyst to cover a maternity leave for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of an extension or a permanent contract.
As a Web Analyst, you will monitor and analyze website performance to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and overall user experience. Collaborating closely with various teams, including development, commercial, SEA, and SEO, your insights and recommendations will drive data-informed decisions and business growth.

- Monitor and forecast website performance metrics, with a focus on traffic and conversion rates.
- Automate reporting and create dashboards to streamline data analysis.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting, emphasizing data visualization and storytelling.
- Develop actionable insights and work with teams to implement changes, tracking results post-implementation.
- Collaborate on AB testing, defining metrics, analyzing results, and providing recommendations.
- Support senior management by delivering insights and updates on digital performance.
- Actively share insights to drive growth and alignment across teams.
Competenties
- 5 years of experience as a Web Analyst or in a similar role (CRO experience is a plus).
- Educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and dashboarding tools like PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
- Strong customer focus, data-driven mindset, and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive, with strong stakeholder management and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
