Product Manager Transaction Reporting
Key Responsibilities: implementation of new regulations and regulatory requirements to ensure that the Markets & Treasury Tribe is compliant and in control with regulatory standards.
Do you want to work with regulations, improve regulatory reporting of the bank, have IT and IT infrastructure knowledge as well as play a central role in the further improvement of Transaction Reporting? In this role you will have the opportunity to help improve Transaction Reporting for the Markets & Treasury Tribe and work on regulatory reporting to ensure that as a Tribe we are compliant with applicable legislation.
You and your job
As a Product Manager you will be a member of the Appa squad. This squad works with an external vendor for the execution of transaction reporting.
Key responsibilities will include working with the squad members and the external vendor to implement new regulations and regulatory requirements to ensure that as a Tribe we are compliant and in control with regulatory standards. This will cover regulations such as MiFID Transaction Reporting. For successful fulfillment of the role, experience and knowledge of IT and IT structure is essential.
As part of this role you are empowered to support and continuously improve the regulatory reporting and its processes.
Main challenges in the role are to understand the various regulations that we need to be compliant with, dealing with various stakeholders to ensure that we either understand what they require from us or that they can prioritise the changes that we require from them.

- Experience in Regulatory Reporting, IT and IT infra structure and the products traded by Markets & Treasury
- Experience with Scrum/Agile way of working
- You are comfortable to work on business and regulatory aspects, as well as technical aspects of the product
- Being able to switch between all stakeholders and facets, from business, end-users, management, compliance, IT and team to product, market, organization and own ideas
- Result-oriented, you have an intrinsic motivation to improve and realise results, you plan deliverables ahead know how to make progress transparent
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
