Bedrijfsinformatie
You will be part of TNO's Semicon Equipment & Metrology expertise group, based at the Van Leeuwenhoek Laboratory in Delft. This department emerged from the TNO Nano Instrumentation department and includes over 40 colleagues from around the world, comprising highly motivated scientists, engineers, system engineers, and project managers. We share a commitment to understanding customer challenges and applying our knowledge for innovation and practical solutions.
In this role, you will develop new knowledge on the complex interactions between flow, contaminant/particle transport, and thermal effects in EUV lithography scanners. You will conduct both theoretical and experimental work, deepening the understanding of these processes and paving the way for novel solutions. A key challenge will be translating customer inquiries into simulation models, test setups, and experimental test programs. You will technically lead teams in simulating, preparing, executing, and analyzing tests using our Dynamic Gas Lock Test-Rig, Particle Test-Rig, and EUV-beamline EBL2.
You thrive on working in applied research, whether through a fundamental approach to reveal main process drivers or a pragmatic experimental approach to develop innovative solutions. You are eager to dive into complex problems, enjoy continuous learning, and work in project teams to achieve scientific and technical goals.
At TNO, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and welcomes your ideas. Our atmosphere is friendly, open, and highly professional, making it a great place to grow and make an impact.
