As a Process Manager you contribute by playing an important role in the implementation of the New Way of Working, the further digitalization and optimization of our Wholesale & Rural organization. The Wholesale & National department is in transition; working on one global and uniform way of working. Not only by implementing a new system, but also by centralizing its operational activities in Ireland and the Netherlands. This change management process continuously creates more work for a process manager, who will play a very important role in the entire value chain. As a Process Manager within the Workflow team, you make the difference by creating and implementing new and adapted processes around our products and services.

The AreaLoan Products & Payments has full responsibility for the run, change and win agenda for a wide range of products. This includes being compliant and in control for running operations, setting the priorities of the technology and digital agenda and defining the product strategy together with the various stakeholders. Within Area Loan Products & Payments we are divided into a large number of squads, each with their own product management responsibilities. The teams are located internationally, which creates a very pleasant and intercultural way of working.

We are looking for someone who can help move this forward. As a Process Manager you are part of the Workflow Squad and work closely with other Process Managers from other squads, including other Product Owners, One Operations and key stakeholders to analyze, design and manage the changes.

As a Process Manager you make the difference:

  • By working with a team of POs and Business Analysts to transform the Corporate Bank on a global level.
  • By collecting, analyzing and breaking down process requirements from a complex and global environment into easily digestible requirements in processes
  • By establishing and maintaining a constructive relationship with our Wholesale & Rural stakeholder community, aimed at continuously improving our administrative organization and internal controls;
  • By demonstrating a strong analytical insight into processes and areas for improvement;
  • By being hands-on;
  • By demonstrating domain knowledge in Wholesale Banking products and processes;
  • By striving for continuous improvement (challenging the status quo).

Functie-eisen

  • The working language for this position is English
  • HBO/WO graduated
  • Work experience as a Process Manager within a financial or banking institution
  • You are available 36 hours and live in the Netherlands
  • Two fixed office days per week on Monday and Wednesday in Utrecht are no problem for you
  • Knowledge of risk & controls modeling and tooling (preferably Archer);
  • Knowledge of Lean ways of working;
  • Knowledge of and experience with Agile, Scrum and DevOps is a plus;
  • Knowledge of ARIS and EPC modeling conventions preferred;

  • You receive a gross monthly salary according to the client's collective labor agreement
  • This amount will be between €4,000 - €5,700 Gross
  • You will also receive a 13th month that will be paid pro rata each month
  • 8.33% holiday pay on your gross annual salary
  • You will also receive a travel allowance for traveling by public transport and car
  • Hybrid working: if you work from home you will receive a work from home allowance
  • €750 to set up your home workplace!
  • You accrue 5 weeks of holiday for every full calendar year
  • You participate in various bonus schemes, such as the referral bonus of up to € 1,500 
  • Extensive training opportunities for your assignment, development and growth
  • The opportunity to switch to employment with this great client after working for a year through secondment.
