Every day is different. In the morning, you discuss challenges and improvements with the Grid owner and the GRID leadership, analyze problems during brainstorming sessions, and work on various improvement proposals. The next day, based on the maturity scan results, you design how to increase the maturity of your area of focus. In all your conversations, you find the right tone to get support and buy-in for continuous improvement. Your role and contribution vary constantly and you seamlessly adapt your style accordingly.

As a DevOps Coach, you are a self-starter. You initiate and start improvement initiatives, transform your knowledge and expertise into tangible changes, and involve all stakeholders. Critically self-aware and willing to grow, you engage in dialogue with your manager and value feedback from stakeholders. Together, you ultimately bring about changes and embed them in the organization. You don't shy away from resistance and dare to challenge your colleagues on patterns.

In this role, you are responsible for promoting the DevOps and Agile@Scale mindset and working methods in the Grids/Value Cluster. You play a crucial role in developing the entire system in Agile@Scale. You also have a clear vision of the ongoing DevOps transition of the Grids, using your expertise to steer the transformation and serve senior management.

You will be working within the Grid Dialogue Orchestration team, part of the PBB department. This team is responsible for all marketing and communication activities, with a focus on personalized content.

We are looking for someone who can start no later than December 2, 2024. Good command of the English language is a requirement. We are looking for a strong personality who can motivate the teams, set clear lines and at the same time work practically and hands-on.

Functie-eisen

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years (Agile) in a comparable role;
  • Minimum completed HBO education;
  • PSM 1 certificate;
  • Pre: Agile and DevOps knowledge and experience. Completed training on Agile scaling methods (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Spotify);
  • Knowledge of change management & basic knowledge of (Agile) portfolio management;
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean (Six Sigma);
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking;
  • Organizational sensitivity and collaboration.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Preference is given to candidates with a salary expectation between €60,000 and €75,000 per year, including 8.33% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek
  • Freelance max hourly rate: € 94,25
