Situation
We were looking for an external partner for the vacancy of Finance Administrator for Repsol Sinopec Brasil for the office in The Hague and because Yacht because did a good job in this same position in the past we contacted Yacht again.
Method & process
My experience with the approach and the process of Yacht is assessed as really good. Considering my experience dealing with external recruitments providers Yacht did a really good job and we have saved time, as well as money, because we covered this position very quickly.
Result
The result of the collaboration in a scale from 1 to 5, I considered 5 as a level of collaboration in this work.
Differentiate & look ahead
Looking back on this collaboration I was most satisfied with the quick answer from the consultant (Claudia), active listening and always working to achieve our goal.
I would definitely recommend other organizations to work with Yacht. One point of improvement; In the hunting phase I felt we analyze profiles with different levels of experience. If I could give one advice, it is better when we have this picture in a more assertive way, or with some mark like: This professional is developing, established or outstanding for the role.
